Welcome to sz8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the User", or "the Player") and sz8888 regarding your access to and use of the sz8888 website at sz8888.app and any related services, products, or content offered through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on sz8888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. By accessing sz8888, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms without modification. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the entire agreement between you and sz8888.

sz8888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use sz8888, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum and there are no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an existing sz8888 employee, contractor, or immediate family member of one.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from sz8888 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. sz8888 may request additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests exceeding 50,000 PKR. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions.

03 Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. sz8888 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. sz8888 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and across Pakistan should note that account verification requirements are the same regardless of city or region. sz8888 does not offer different terms based on geographic location within Pakistan.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sz8888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and Bank Transfer, as well as USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency transactions.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 PKR per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: up to 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Withdrawal method: Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

sz8888 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the Player. sz8888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sz8888 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. The following conditions apply universally to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal.
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• sz8888 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at its discretion with or without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotions — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or creating multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and accounts terminated.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted.

06 Gameplay & Wagering

sz8888 provides a range of gaming products including Aviator, live casino, Saudi Pro League sports betting, Jackpot Slots, and regional games such as Cockfighting. The following rules govern all gameplay activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless a specific game mechanic permits it (e.g., the cash-out feature in Aviator).
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game round, sz8888 will review the relevant logs and make a determination at its sole discretion. Any payout decisions made in such circumstances are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. sz8888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts or globally at any time.
• Winnings resulting from obvious errors — such as incorrectly priced odds, software bugs, or mathematical errors — are void. sz8888 is not obligated to honour payouts that arise from such errors.
• Players must wager solely for personal entertainment. Commercial wagering, syndicate betting, and the use of bots, scripts, or automated betting systems are strictly prohibited.

07 Responsible Gaming

sz8888 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a fun and controlled leisure activity. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications reminding you how long your current session has been active.

• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using software exploits, hacks, bots, or any automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or sz8888 staff members.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any sz8888 software.
• Creating accounts on behalf of minors or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that, in sz8888's reasonable judgment, damages the reputation or operation of the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the sz8888 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, audio clips, game engines, data compilations, and the overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of sz8888 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, or otherwise exploit any sz8888 content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data

sz8888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described therein. We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your account data, transaction history, and gameplay records may be retained for a minimum of five years to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and reporting requirements. You have the right to request access to your personal data or request its deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz8888 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any content or information published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sz8888's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

sz8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if required to do so by law, regulation, or the instructions of a relevant authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact sz8888's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the matter may be escalated to our senior compliance team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sz8888's international gaming licence is issued. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

14 Amendments

sz8888 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material updates — such as minor clarifications or formatting corrections — changes take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
